Palmetto Child Care is a state license private childcare center in Ladson, South Carolina.  We are conveniently located near surrounding areas of Summerville, Moncks Corner, North Charleston and Charleston.  Our program provides care starting at 6 weeks old to 5 years of age.  Each age group has an age-appropriate custom curriculum.  Our custom curriculum was professionally designed to support each stage of growth and development.  Our facility provides children a safe learning atmosphere with structure.
